A sterling silver World war 2 remembrance frame.
Dated Birmingham 1947.
Made by the silversmith E. J. Houlston.
The frame has a city shield for the Scottish burgh of Kirkintilloh which is a small town in east Dunbartonshire.
The inscription – Lest we forget – 1939-1945.
Measures 25cm tall and 17cm wide—–for a 18cm-13.5cm photograph.
